Softech Ops designs, builds, and operates software for founders and growing businesses. We also co-own and run Harkbell, which keeps us honest about what it takes to ship and maintain a real product.
Why we work this way
Most software doesn't fail at launch. It fails in the months after, when nobody who built it is still paying attention. We started Softech Ops to be the team that stays: the same people from the first workshop to the product running in production.
That's why our services cover the whole life of a product, from research and interface design through web, mobile, AI, and backend engineering, to the cloud infrastructure and DevOps that keep it running. When a business needs help growing, our marketing team and trained virtual assistants pick up from there.
Building Harkbell, our own AI voice agent, taught us the rest. When your name is on the product, you care about the unglamorous parts: uptime, billing, support, and knowing exactly what the software got wrong. We bring that same ownership to every client project.
